2024年5月28日，国家标准化管理委员会发布了强制性国家标准GB25038-2024《鞋类通用安全要求》，并将于2025年6月1日起实施。
该标准替代了GB 25038-2010《胶鞋健康安全技术规范》，整合了GB 21536—2008《田径运动鞋》和GB 25037—2010《工矿靴》的强制性内容。
与GB 25038—2010 相比，除结构调整和编辑性改动外，主要技术变化及解释如下：
GB 25038-2024第7条规定：对于本文件实施之日前生产或者进口的产品，自本文件实施之日起第19 个月开始实施。即针对2025年6月1日前生产或进口的鞋类产品（童鞋和防护鞋除外），自2026年12月1日起，必须符合GB 25038-2024的要求。SST建议从现在开始实施新标准的质量管控以减少市场风险。
Standard update: GB 25038-2024 "General Safety Requirements for Footwear" Will Officially Take Effect on June 1, 2025
On May 28 2024, the National Standardization Administration issued the mandatory national standard GB 25038-2024 "General safety requirements for footwear", which will be implemented on June 01, 2025.
This standard replaces GB 25038-2010 " Rubber shoes health and safety technical specifications " and integrates the mandatory content of GB 21536-2008 "Athletics Shoes" and GB 25037-2010 "Mining Boots".
Compared with GB 25038-2010, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes and explanations are as follows:
Article 7 of GB 25038-2024 stipulates that for products produced or imported before the date of implementation of this document, implementation will begin from the 19th month after the date of implementation of this document.
That is, for footwear products (except children's shoes and protective shoes) produced or imported before June 1, 2025, from December 1, 2026, they must comply with the requirements of GB 25038-2024.
SST recommends implementing quality control of the new standard from now on to reduce market risks.
